We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party advertising.

We share information only with service providers that help us operate VALORA Studio, including Stripe for payment processing and our secure hosting and messaging providers. They may use information only to provide their services to us.

We retain account, booking, and purchase records only as long as needed for the purposes described here and for applicable legal, accounting, or safety requirements.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account information by emailing our support team. Some information may need to be retained where required by law or to complete an active transaction.

We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

VALORA Studio is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
