By using VALORA Studio, creating an account, booking a class, or purchasing a pass or membership, you agree to these terms.
Studio services
VALORA Studio provides information about classes, memberships, café offerings, and studio services. Class schedules, instructors, availability, and offerings may change.
You are responsible for providing accurate account and booking information and for following studio policies shared at the time of booking or at the studio.
Bookings, passes, and memberships
Reservations are subject to availability. Passes and memberships are governed by the purchase terms shown at checkout and any studio policies that apply to your selected product.
Please review your selected class, pass, or membership before completing checkout. Cancellation and change options will be shown when available in your account or booking flow.
Payments
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By submitting a payment, you authorize the charge for the selected purchase. VALORA Studio does not store payment-card details.
Health and safety
Fitness activities involve inherent risks. Participate only at a level appropriate for you and consult a qualified health professional before starting a new exercise program if you have any health concerns.
Acceptable use and contact
Do not misuse VALORA Studio, interfere with its operation, access another person's account, or use the service for unlawful purposes.
